Our Wide Fit collection shoes are wider in the foot and ankle, but not the calf and thigh (Look for "Thicc" style for juicier calves and thighs)

There is a few mm difference in insole width compared to our Standard Fit

There are also some differences in other parts of the shoe, not just the insole

Wide Fit stiletto straps are more roomy compared to Standard fit. The toe peep hole is also slightly bigger.

The shipping was fantastic, however I had emailed straight after I had received and tried on the item to see if I could get an exchange for the next size up and no one has gotten back to me yet! I bought the size I normally wear and it was soo small! Other downsides were the packaging label to send for a return was a bit difficult to figure out - I was definitely confused on what to do if I needed a return / exchange!!! Lydia Otherwise, the heel is FANTASTIC! I’ve had so many people message me asking where I bought them from, and the velvet was so rich and soft. sooo gorg. Will definitely be buying from hella heels again !

I've had to eye on these for at least 5 months and I pounced as soon as they got restocked! Delivery was super-quick, they came the very next day, and were gorgeous, BUT they're pinching my toes sadly! I'll be sending back for a bigger size. If you sometimes wear half-sizes or can wear 2 sizes in normal shoes, I'd recommend going 1 size up from your usual one.
