Sizing chart!
The shipping was fantastic, however I had emailed straight after I had received and tried on the item to see if I could get an exchange for the next size up and no one has gotten back to me yet! I bought the size I normally wear and it was soo small! Other downsides were the packaging label to send for a return was a bit difficult to figure out - I was definitely confused on what to do if I needed a return / exchange!!! Lydia Otherwise, the heel is FANTASTIC! I’ve had so many people message me asking where I bought them from, and the velvet was so rich and soft. sooo gorg. Will definitely be buying from hella heels again !

Such an incredible shoe. Many people complimented how chic they were with my outfit & how it was such a nice touch they don't see often. Personally, I love how the light hits the shine of the velvet to give it them a special highlight effect. Very comfortable & can wear them for long amounts of time. thank you!
Absolutely dreamy but slightly small!
I've had to eye on these for at least 5 months and I pounced as soon as they got restocked! Delivery was super-quick, they came the very next day, and were gorgeous, BUT they're pinching my toes sadly! I'll be sending back for a bigger size. If you sometimes wear half-sizes or can wear 2 sizes in normal shoes, I'd recommend going 1 size up from your usual one.
