Hella Loyalty Club is our loyalty rewards program where we invite our ride or dies (that's you) to take our relationship to the next level. Cash in your Tipping Dollar$ (points earned with purchase) for exclusive perks, merch, experiences or money off your next Hellas.

Hella Loyalty Club provides members with the chance to earn Tipping Dollar$ on every purchase made through our online store, as well as bonus points for liking and following us on Facebook, following us on Instagram, and signing up to the program. As Tipping Dollar$ accumulate, members level up tiers in the club, unlocking access to exclusive benefits and rewards and specially designed merch for the real ones at our Merch Shop!

You can use them once you gain 100 Tipping Dollar$ (minimum Merch Shop purchase), and where applicable on spendable discounts. The more you spend, the more points you make and can redeem on. Make it rain, baby!

You have 12 months to spend your points, after which they expire. We will send you an email reminder 10 days and 48 hours before they expire.

The level status is determined by your annual spend, and is retained for 12 months. The spend levels are: £0-£399 for General Admission; £400-£599 for VIP Gold; £600+ for Champagne Room.

You can redeem your exclusive merch two ways:

1) On this page, scroll up to The Merch Shop and click the "Redeem Now" button on the merch you'd like to get. It will open up the Rewards popup to your left. Choose the merch item and redeem to add the product to cart. A discount code will be automatically generated to mark the item "free" (in exchange for its value in Tipping Dollar$) once at checkout.

2) Click the Rewards button on your left side. Select "Ways to redeem" and then select the merch you'd like to get. Redeem to add the product to cart. A discount code will be automatically generated to mark the item "free" (in exchange for its value in Tipping Dollar$) once at checkout.

Please note:

- Once you click redeem, the merch item discount voucher will be generated, points deducted and it can't be reversed. If you don't claim the coupon, it will stay available in "My Rewards" section.

- You can only redeem one of each merch item per oder, the discount code won't apply if multiple of the same item are added into cart

- To redeem multiple different merch items in one order, second discount code needs to be manually copied from "My rewards" and pasted on Checkout (the above limit of one of each item still applies)

Members can refer a friend to make their first purchase on the site. Your friend will receive £5 for their first order, and you will receive £5 on your next order with us! This will not work if the referred friend has already shopped with us before.

The Tipping Dollar$ can only be redeemed on the store where they were earned. Each store has its own Hella Loyalty Club, and the tier is determined by the spend on that store only.
