Look incredible, but there was a fault
These boots look incredible. They have been on my list for so long. The first time I wore them I received so many compliments. The only issue is that they arrived with a broken zipper tounge. I received a partial refund from Hella Heels, but it would have been nice if they sent a replacement zipper.

These boots are amazing and they look incredible on. There is a lot of give on size due to the lacing up all the way. I am a UK size 6 shoe and bought size 6 boots. I am a UK size 10 clothing and bought slim size.
