The shipping was fantastic, however I had emailed straight after I had received and tried on the item to see if I could get an exchange for the next size up and no one has gotten back to me yet! I bought the size I normally wear and it was soo small!
Other downsides were the packaging label to send for a return was a bit difficult to figure out - I was definitely confused on what to do if I needed a return / exchange!!!

Otherwise, the heel is FANTASTIC! I’ve had so many people message me asking where I bought them from, and the velvet was so rich and soft. sooo gorg. Will definitely be buying from hella heels again !

I've had to eye on these for at least 5 months and I pounced as soon as they got restocked! Delivery was super-quick, they came the very next day, and were gorgeous, BUT they're pinching my toes sadly! I'll be sending back for a bigger size. If you sometimes wear half-sizes or can wear 2 sizes in normal shoes, I'd recommend going 1 size up from your usual one.

They are a true sight with the eye catching royal blue color as well as comfortable on.
Head over heels over them and they look great on.

It's crazy how high quality these boots are. Everything about them even down to the shoelace holes are beautiful and made with great care. I also just look like a goddess in them. These are my first pair of hella heels and I am definitely in love. Saving up for my next pair because I am officially obsessed.
