Definitely size up depending on cup size I got M could definitely have got L or even bigger for a DD cup (small back) but the overall fit is really nice, love the easy clasp opening on the front, be prepared for some gems to fall off as they’re tiny and not stuck on strongly but can’t really tell unless a lot came off

Easy to undo and redo up. Super comfy and they usually stay in but not entirely essential!
