For HH, I always size up so I'm usually a 7 but I got an 8 in these and they fit perfectly! I've worn them twice for training and I really love that the material on the platform is black all the way through so you don't see any scratches. Oh and the grip!?! Perfect for things like crucifixes and climbing

I'm really delighted with them, these are my first shoes after having danced only in boots. I've had no issue adjusting to these, they are very comfortable, the padded insole is something else!! Love them x

The insole cushion it’s really soft but if you have wider feet I would recommend size up. The shoes are really snug but they get used to the shape of your foot, and if you have wider feet, like me, they may take a bit more time to “stretch”. Anyway I use them everyday and day are sturdy and perfect for ankles strengthening too! I’ll buy again!
