United KingdomWould be a lovely boot if it wasn't faulty - HUGE RED MARK ON PLATFORM
Purchasing was absolutely fine and so was shipping however as soon as I lifted the lid off the box I was greeted with a huge red/pink permanent marker stain on one of the boots itself. Contacted Hella Heels who say this is a 'small fault' to which it is not. My concern is, how did you even let these boots go out to a paying customer looking like this and what on earth is this mark and how did it get on the boot? Whilst customer services respond, they are very very slow and apart from an apology and a 15% gesture, I have not had much else from them. I am disappointed to have to leave this review but when you buy more than one pair of expensive boots, in the same transaction, you do not expect to receive a pair in such poor condition and then feel like you are having to constantly chase CS for a resolution when this was a fault caused by them and not me.

We are very sorry to hear you had this issue with our shoes. The fault that you have described here is a result of red pen used in marking up the base of the shoe during fabrication seeping through. It is something that only affected certain fabrics and it only became visible after a period of time and was therefore not picked up at our quality check before the shoes were packaged and shipped. Once we became aware of this problem we immediately changed our manufacturing process to prevent this from occurring again. From our records I can see that you have been issued a full refund for the shoes but if this is not correct please contact our customer service team at hello@clubhellaheels.com.

Love these marble boots. Wore them for a photoshoot and they just elevated my outfit and made me feel like a freaking goddess. The satin laces add a touch of opulence, and the marble is just gorgeous.
